We offer Open Gym times every day of the week, except Sunday, where you can follow your own programming. We also have a lot of space around the gym for you to work on specific movements outside of class. Before you do your own thing, make sure you let one of the coaches know and he/she will show you a spot where you can do your own thing. We also ask that you follow our house rules.
- Class has priority.
- Clips on all bars with weight even while warming up. No exceptions.
