-One Partner will Row while the other holds a handstand. May only row while partner holding their handstand.

23:00-26:00 Recovery Row

Wall Sit (hips at parallel, hands on head)

-One Partner will Row while the other holds a Wall Sit. May only row while partner holding their Wall Sit.
