15min for WOD Explanation & Athlete’s Choice Warm-up

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

30min AMRAP:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Air Squats

RX+: Wear a 20/14# vest
-One athlete will do the AMRAP while their partner runs 400m. They will TAG and SWAP after each 400m Run.

-The athlete coming in from the run will pick-up where their partner left off.
