3 Rounds For Time:

800m Run

50 Air Squats

25 Push-ups

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Death By: Burpees

Do 10 Burpees EMOM until failure.

-Scale with a set number of reps that will allow you to keep working for at least 10min.
